Nice sleek design
I really like the in channel design. It is sleek looking. They fit really tight and the window is slow fully closing at first from being so tight, but after they settle, the windows work good. Cudos to Amazon for replacing this set for me when I broke one of the deflectors. They ensured I was a satisfied customer. Just another reason I will continue to shop at Amazon.

Look great, tough install
I got these for a friends '05 Mercury Mountaineer. I can't stand the stick on style so opted for these in-channel. They are simple to install with just some 3M tape that holds them in place in the window channel. Upon test fitting the front passenger one broke just at the last 1" of the part that is in the channel as we were wrestling them in place checking for fit. These are snug and require some serious pushing and pulling to get them in place. Luckily the break was completely hidden once installed. One suggestion might be to peel off an inch or so of the tape leaving it hanging but leave the rest on. Get the vent in place where you want it then pull the rest of the tape off locking it in place. Also the first couple times you put your window up it will be a tight fit and might not go up all the way. With two of us, one operating the window switch and another gripping the window on both sides we assisted it up all the way. We then left the windows up for a couple days of...
