THE MOTOR /SWITCH ASSEMBLY IS AN EXACT DROP-IN FIT. THE SCREW HOLES ARE UNCUT & IT IS EASIER TO RUN THE SCREWS THRU THE HOLES BEFORE YOU TRY TO INSTALL THE UNIT IN PLACE TO CUT THREADS.REMOVE SCREWS-SET UNIT IN PLACE-SCREW DOWN.BE CAREFUL-THE MOUNTING BODY IS PLASTIC.WORKS FINE.SO FAR SO GOOD.
