At least on of those lines is not used and has a cap on it. Take the cap off and use a vacuum hose attached to it and draw the Seafoam in through that. You'll pi$$ off your neighbors, but on the upside, you'll probably kill all the mosquitos in a 10 block radius I don't really know for sure if it really works or not. I'm sure it does some cleaning, but I would assume you'd have really run several gallons through the engine to thoroughly clean ALL the crud off everything. When you're done, just put the cap back on the vacuum block.

A compression check will tell you if the head gasket is still good or if it has failed. so, before the pics, my questions: I wouldn't go so far as to conclude it is a blown head gasket yet. This causes coolant to seep out slowly at first until the intake completely fails and causes large coolant leaks. It is very possible that the intake manifold has failed internally and is allowing coolant to flow from the crossover passage into the intake runners and be drawn into the front cylinders and burned. The coolant seepage I see in the pictures you posted indicates to me that the intake manifold has indeed failed and coolant is leaking out. i replaced the plug and coil on #1, as cylinder 1s coil seemed to be covered in coolant.
