K&N Intake is Awesome!!!
I ordered this for my 2011 GMC Sierra with the 6.2L. Took me a little bit to install, but was fairly easy. The sound is amazing when I give it some gas. The power increase was awesome too. It is quiet when driving regular, and is loud and throaty when accelerating. No problems to install or after installed. First tank of gas, it gave me a little bit of an increase in MPG too. Highly recommend this for your truck. Next comes the dual exhaust. :)

Easy Installation,Another great K&N product!
2011 Silverado 5.3I have run K&N intakes on my last 3 trucks so decided to do the same on my new Silverado.Instructions are easy to follow.All parts were included and the install was very easy.Basic tools,flat screw driver,a set of Torx head bits and a couple wrenches pretty much covers it.This really opens up the engine bay buy removing all of the factory plastic tubing.The K&N looks clean and simple under the hood.I did this installation along with a Cat-Back exhaust system in about 3 hours tops.The truck has come to life! Sounds great and better throttle response!Anyone thinking about the throttle body spacer they advertise for more HP,Don't waste your money.The spacer is a useless,high priced,worthless add on.

Love it!!!!!
Just installed this on my 2009 Tahoe. Took me a little longer to install but that was most likely because I was enjoying the job. Instructions are spot on and easy to follow. You can even watch a video on the K&N websiteif you get confused. Once it was in I took it for a ride and LOVE the sound. As in many reviews the sound is not noticable under normal driving conditions. Merging onto the highway?..What a sound. For just the sound alone the money is worth it. I can tell I am getting better HP at the higher RPMs. I also am seeing a 1-2 MPG gain based on my MPG guage (14.6 city avg to 15.6 - 16.4). Of course since I love the sound so much I dont see me getting better MPG in exchange for the music when I get on it. I would reccomend this and on amazon the price was the best I could find. Shipping was very fast but it came USPS which doesent deliver to my house. Little mix up there but all in all I am extremely happy!!!

Gas Mileage???
I've only put a few hundred miles on my '07 F150 since putting the air intake system on. There is a increase in response from my engine, but I have not seen an increase in fuel economy. I would recommend this product for added horsepower, but would not recommend it for the increase in fuel economy that is advertised.

Great power and economy
I bought this one for my ford Lobo (F-150 xlt) 2003, installation was very easy in about an hour, once you start it you can hear the difference but wait untill you push that pedal to bottom, you her your engine snoring like never before and the acceleration as well, great product. I also saw about a 18% more mileage after the installation.

Super Product
Amazon.com has always come through. I shopped several websites for the Intake Kit and found Amazon.com to be the best price and the best reviews. Delivery was timely, installation easy and performance very satisfying. Gas mileage increased by about 12%, 14.9 to 16.8 all around driving for my 2001 Ford Expedition 5.4 engine. More MPG
I was after a little better fuel mileage out of my 04 Expedition. Driving around I am getting 1-2 mpg better than i was before. I am no mechanic, it took me a little over one hour to install. This is not the first K&N I have had on a vehicle and wont be the last.

Savings Based Value
Upon installing in my 2008 Ford F150 SuperCrew with 5.4L engine, I noticed an increase of 1 to 1.25 miles per gallon in city driving and 3.25 mpg greater when highway driving at 70 mph. It's obviously quite a bit louder than a stock air breather (reminds me of the old quad carbs of years past) but it's only noticeable when you really hunker down on the gas pedal. With the price of gas hovering around the $3.75 per gallon mark, It looks like I'll get a return on my investment in very short order.

I bought this for my '06 F150. It was so simple to install. I see a nice increase in throttle response and a throaty growl at wide open throttle. I havent run it long enough to comment on mpg change but I'll get back to you on it.

Fits my vehicle?
This product does fit the 2005 F150 however after installing it the truck gives a code that it is running lean. After installing and having this problem I looked online and found out that this can be fixed by purchasing a programmer ($300+) and having someone load a custom program to it to account for the amount of air being pulled in by the cold air intake. There should be an added notation that this item will not work without the programmer and custom tune on the 2004-2005 5.4 liter F150.
